Hi, I can help you with your question today. How long ago did this begin?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Just now 20 minutes ago. About 4 years ago he became completely catatonic and took him to vet did bloodwork and vet said no big deal

I'm worried about some type of toxicity. We can see this with tremorgenic mycotoxins (ingesting moldy foods or other rotten material), insecticides like organophosphates/carbamates, or some prescription drugs.

I definitely think this warrants a visit to the local emergency hospital. I would start with a physical exam, and a test to see if this could be caused by an insecticide (a low dose of atropine given IV).

Aside from that, I would hospitalize him for supportive care. I would start IV fluids and then consider muscle relaxants for the tremors. Some dogs may progress to seizures, which can also be controlled with medication in most cases.
