Hello,

Sorry to hear what Brawny did.

How long ago was it ingested?

How soon after did you give the bread?

Thanks

Dr. Andy

Not sure if she swallowed anything . I took two pieces out of her mouth. Bread, pumpkin and food given 10 to 15 mins after

My husband thinks I made it worse when I washed out her mouth .

Understood.

Well, at this time, it would be difficult to recommend doing anything in addition to what you have already done. Inducing vomiting would not be recommended as it could result in greater trauma.

So, you will need to closely observe Brawny for any symptoms.

If you observe any vomiting, even once, diarrhea, or any blood in the vomit or diarrhea, you must consult a vet ASAP. No wait and see. I would say you need to monitor Brawny for at least the next 2 days for any symptoms.

The only mistake you could make is seeing symptoms and trying to wait it out.

No, I don't think washing out her mouth caused any harm.

Hope that information helps
