Hello I am Dr RB and I am a small animal veterinarian. I am sure that Chica is in great hands at your regular veterinarian's office. I would recommend they perform x-rays of her neck and spine to rule out fractures or herniated discs. Based on those results, pain medications and/or anti-inflammatory medications and muscle relaxants will most likely be prescribed to her. The most important aspect of any neck or back injury will be strict crate rest for several weeks and not allowing her to run or jump or climb stairs. With injury to her neck, I would also not use neck or leash collars when walking her outside. I hope this advice is helpful to you and she feels better really soon!
