Hello. Thanks for the question.

It sounds like she may be having a bit of an allergic reaction to the carpet cleaner. This can lead to swelling of the conjunctiva and eyelids. That can look like lumps under the eyes.

To help the swelling go down, you can give Benadryl at home. the dose in dogs is 1-2 mg per lb body weight. You can give it ever 6-8 hours, as needed. It should resolve fully within 24-48 hours.
