Harley would have needed to ingest approximately 18 ounces of pure milk chocolate in order to intoxicate himself with the theobromine in chocolate. Theobromine is a xanthine derivative similar to caffeine which can cause agitation, tremors, and seizures if ingested in sufficient amount. You're seeing the gastrointestinal distress (inappetence, vomiting, and/or diarrhea) that arises secondary to ingesting such an unfamiliar food. This is expected to remiss unaided within 24 hours of ingestion. He needs to get rid of those bars and so administering an antimotility drug such as loperamide (Imodium) isn't indicated. You can administer Pepto Bismol at a dose of 1 mL (1/5 of a measuring teaspoon) per pound of body weight (~ 4 teaspoons for Harley) and repeat the dose in 6 hours if need be. It should afford Harley some comfort.
