16 year old yorkshire-poodle cross very tiny and thin has

Customer Question

16 year old yorkshire-poodle cross very tiny and thin has been on heart medicine for about 3 months. Owner out of town quit eating, has watery, vomit with mucus, and watery diarrhea. Will lay down for short periods, and will not eat, drinks tiny amounts of water, not panting or wheezing just paces around. This has been going on for 2 days. Gave heart meds yesterday with cheese to get him to eat them, seemed worse after. Should I continue meds?
