Customer Question

My Rottweiler died yesterday. She was 18 years old. She wad spinning and struggling to breathe. It killed me because I couldn't help her. Then, she just took a deep breath and passed. What do you think happened to her? Could this have been avoided? I know she was old, but just wondering why or could I have saved her?
