Hello & welcome, I am Dr. B, a licensed veterinarian and I would like to help you today. I do apologize that your question was not answered before. Different experts come online at various times; I just came online, read about your situation, and wanted to help.
Again I do apologize that my colleagues could not aid you sooner. If you would still like assistance, can you tell me:
Can you take a breathing rate for me (just count her breaths for 10 seconds + multiply by 6)?
Are her gums pink or pale/white?
When she shakes, do you mean her whole body (as if shivering) or just her head?
Can she eat or drink at all?
Does she seem mentally depressed or abnormal?
Any access to toxins, plants, human medication, or anything harmful?

Her gums are pink
Her whole body does not shake just her head almost like a jutting movementShe'll eat when I feed her but not on her she's never done that before and she's not really drinking eitherI took her outside and she went peepee but I'm not sure if she's gone #2 since yesterdayShe seems depressed and definitely is acting abnormallyHer heart beat seems normal

Not sure about toxins but nothing in the house as she's not allowed anywhere were she could get into it. As for outside its possible. She has a sister Baylyn who is fine and acting like herself and usually if Bella gets into something they do it together and both get sick. It's now day two and she's doing the same thing.

Thank you,
Is there any chance she has experienced a head trauma?
Does she have a head tilt at all?
Do you think she is taking more then 30 breaths every minute?
Could you video her head tremor for me and post it on YouTube?
If you paste the web link here, then I can see what you are seeing with Bella.
