Understood. 1. He has already vomited multiple times, so that worries me greatly about severe gastritis or pancreatitis. Especially, if this meat had any extra herbs, spices or oils on it. So, I absolutely strongly feel this is well worth getting him to an ER vet, who can administer some really effective injections to get him more comforable quickly! At 15 pounds, you could give a 1/2 tablet of a 10mg regular strength Pepcid A.C. antacid, or you could give a 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of pepto bismol. But, I am not confident that is good enough in this situation. Not worth the risk with a little 4 month old. Worth the vet trip to get him quickly stabilized. They may suggest a basic test or two including a simple blood test to check for pancreatitis because of what he ingested. I will pray for a speedy recovery. Good Luck!Dr. Andy
