Hi, I'm a licensed veterinarian and I'll be happy to help.Sotalol is generally not likely to cause life-threatening effects, but if it just occurred, it might be a wise idea to attempt to induce vomiting, since a small Pomeranian could experience some significant effects such as low heart rate, low blood pressure, panting, and heart troubles. At-home vomiting is often induced with the use of hydrogen peroxide, 1mL per pound of body weight, mixed with about a teaspoon of milk to hide the taste. Ideally, veterinary attention would be best, ***** ***** a more effective intravenous medication can be used to induce vomiting, but if vet care isn't available, the peroxide is the next best thing.

I've given her 10 mil hydrogen peroxide still no vomiting?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Not sure what you mean about the 40 minutes?

Is that how long ago the Sotalol was eaten?
