Hello, I hope they took intestinal biopsies while they were in there. Any time I do an exploratory where the cause is not found, I always take biopsy samples. This may be IBD (inflammatory bowel disease). In that case, a dose of steroids should help get the signs under control. For now, I would treat with GI protectants (Famotidine, Cerenia), antibiotics (Metronidazole) and an appetite stimulant (Mirtazapine). I would also keep her on IV fluids until she's eating and keeping food down. It may take another 12-24 hours, but she should start getting her appetite back. The drooling is a sign of nausea. Cerenia or Anzemet are good anti-nausea meds to help with that. I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions.
