Hello, he is vomiting & have diarrhea. someone gave me the puppy so I don't think not. I was feeding him same puppy food.

My guess would be that you're dealing with Parvo virus. This is a common disease in unvaccinated puppies. We can see it in vaccinated puppies, but less commonly. It causes vomiting, diarrhea, decreased appetite and lethargy.
The diagnosis is made with a fecal swab test by your vet. Treatment is with IV fluids, antibiotics, GI protectants and time. We usually hospitalize these puppies for 3-5 days. We have a 90% survival in these puppies. When I do out-patient care, the survival rate drops to ~ 50%.
