my dog ate a cooked beef bone saturday night. last night (sunday) she started having a lot of diarrehea and she still has diarrehea. she vommited twice last night but she has not vommited again. what should i do?

I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner and I regret that I can't correspond with you outside of this venue. Unless her diarrhea has already abated, her vet will want to X-ray your dog's abdomen to better understand how that beef bone is affecting her. In other words, is there an bony obstruction or are bony fragments simply irritating your dog's bowel? The former might require surgical removal of bone; the latter might be addressed with the tincture of time plus an enema.
