Hi...My dog takes 6 units of Novolin every 12 hrs. I give him shots at 4:00 am & pm. I missed his 4:00 pm shot. What should I do?

Hello again and thanks for waiting.I have worked out an answer for you below ...1. My advice to you is to do nothing and just give the next dose at the normal time.2. If you give another shot now there will be a danger of hypoglycaemia { low blood sugar } with its associated risks. 3. It's not critical if you miss one injection, this is not going to cause your dog any harm.
