I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner and I regret that I can't correspond with you outside of this venue. If Pewe is dragging his hind legs, myelopathy (spinal cord disorder) is considered - the most common of which is intervertebral disk disease (a "slipped disk") in a 3 year old. I'm hopeful that this isn't the case however, and he still is recovering from anesthesia, instead. How is he at this time - many hours after you posted?
