my dog is a chihuaha/rat terrier. she started to hang her head, her back is arched, the stomach does not look bloated. She can walk ,eat and is not vomiting. when she lies down her legs are straight and her eyes are wide open. what should I do?

I worry she may have neck or back pain. We also have to worry about abdominal pain-which could be from an upset tummy.
She really needs to be examined by a vet so we can find the source of the discomfort.
Especially because of her size, the sooner she sees a vet the better so we can begin the appropriate treatment before this progresses any further.
If she looks like she is extending her neck instead of hanging it I also worry about a respiratory issue-as dogs will take this position in order to breathe easier!
