Welcome to JustAnswer! I am a licensed veterinarian and specialist and will do my best to assist you today!

1) Is she active or lethargic with this temperature?

2) Is she eating / drinking?

3) Vomiting / diarrhea?

4) Belly bloating or pain on palpation?

She is very lethargic... She will drink a little water... will not eat anything... Yes... both vomiting and diarrhea... No belly bloating... not sure what you mean by pain on palpation!!! If you mean when we push on her belly if she cries out... No she doesn't

Weight: normal;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;text-decoration: none;">A young puppy with signs of stomach upset as you listed above would most likely be sick from infectious causes, inflammatory causes, or eat something they shouldnt

Infectious causes could be worms, protozoa, bacteria, and even viruses.

In a young puppy - I am VERY worried about another possible infectious cause - parvovirus...

- You can try to offer small amounts of pedialyte for hydration and electrolytes (LINK HERE). You can even purchase a dropper from your local pharmacy to offer the water/pedialyte mixture by mouth.

- A calorie dense nutritional supplement such as nutrical (LINK HERE)

But with this high fever, the best option is veterinary evaluation, fluids to bring down the fever, medications for nause, and testing - to check for causes such as parvovirus as well as x-rays to make certain there is not a blockage.

I am going to take her temperature again right now...she is 103.2 now and at the lake there was goose poo...there is a chance she might have eaten some..could this have something to do with it?

No - it would not be expected for goose feces to cause this fever in any way, and if the fever remains elevated above 103 and there is continued vomiting that would be a sign where veterinary care is needed as soon as possible.

I just gave her some gatorade... I will wait a little while, then take her temperature again... and from what you have said... if she doesn't go below 103... then she has to go to the Vet...

If she does go below 103 then what???

Then monitor for continued vomiting / diarrhea - a sign where evaluation is needed.
