my older dog has recently lost Weight - and is looking skinny. She eats, but not like she used to. should I be concerned?

Already Tried:
tried different varieties of Dog Food, different treats, etc. she's just not that interested.

Yes, I would be concerned. She could be developing diabetes, or having kidney disease starting or it might be the stress of arthritis, for a few examples. It would be good to take her to your veterinarian for a good exam, canine blood profile sent to the lab and likely some x rays of the lumbar spine and hips. Good luck but many things are treatable if discovered early enough so don't wait too long.
