Hi
That is a lot of Oatmeal flakes. I would recommend going to your nearest emergency veterinary clinic for an exam, possibly x rays to make certain stomach not bloating and if ok then emesis (induction of vomiting with preferable Apomorphine). The flakes expand a great deal and it already is some time since ingestion so don't wait if possible.

Is it too late for me to try hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting?

I am very cautious about recommending Hydrogen peroxide home emesis due to risk of aspirating peroxide in the lungs and causing life threatening problems. If you must, use 2 oz of Hydrogen peroxide once and if no result take her in and do not repeat it.
