YES NORMAL BARKING JUMPING AROUND EATS OK BUT HE GETS CHOKE STARTS TO COUGH NOTHING COMES UP

I think this sounds like kennel cough complex. It can last 6 weeks untreated and about 2 weeks treated. You can try a cough suppressant such a Vicks formula 44 or Robitussin DM at a child's dose. It would be best to see your vet to confirm this and get antibiotics and a stronger cough depressant which is by prescription.
