Since december my yorkie toy of 9 years has been having a nasal discharge from the left nostril, then left nostril plus left eye and secretions from the left ear. It started like liquid then like pus from eye and nostril. Sometimes its watery and sometimes its pus depends from the time of day. Few weeks ago it started from the left nostril a blood discharge and still the pus from the right eye. Now I was cleaning the eye discharge and it was no longer pus it was blood. The last time I took her to the veterinary when I saw the blood from the nostril and since she has her teeth with gums and plaque (severe) the veterinary took them off and said it was probably that. But its still having the discharges from that side and now blood discharge from the eye.... I don't know what to do. Please help!

Hello and thank you for asking your question on just answer. My name isXXXXX will try to help.
I think she needs further diagnostics.
A mass, or an infection, in her sinus cavity could affect her eye, nasal passage, and ear.
So I recommend she has an endoscopic exam where they pass a tiny camera, on the end of a scope, up her nasal passages and look around. If your vet does not have a scope, you will need a referral to an internal medicine specialist.
If she has a mass, they may be able to remove it.
If it looks like an infection, they can do a culture and determine if it is fungal or bacterial in origin. The lab can also determine what antibiotics it is sensitive and resistant to.
It may be an infection that is resistant to cephalin or fungal in origin.
