Can dogs eat almonds and cashews?

Yes, almonds and cashews are fine for dogs to eat. They are a bit high in fat, but there is nothing toxic about them. If the nuts are moldy, then we can get mold toxicity- as long as they are fresh then there are no issues.

I would not make a habit of feeding them, but as a treat they are fine.
