my dog died this morning, yesterday she was throwing up, farting blood, and had blood in her stool, what do u think she died from?

Possible causes for this would be:

1) Toxin such as rat poison

2) An intestinal blockage

3) Hemorrhagic gastroenteriitis

4) Metabolic/Endocrine disease such as Addisons Disease.

she was throwing up water for 8 hours, then it went to farting blood, and they was fine for 8 hours, then she was popping dark blood, then i went to bed and found her this morning on the floor dead, any other reasons? u think?

With trauma not seeing likely, the causes above would be the most likely from what you describe.

if i took her to the vet yesterday, do u think they would have saved her or done anything?

From what you describe, the process was very serious and the prognosis would have been guarded.
