It sounds like this may just be allergies causing the signs. We can see allergic conjunctivitis and a dry hacking cough from irritation in the back of the throat.

The best treatment is going to be with a topical steroid eye drop like neo-poly-dex +/- antibiotics or cough suppressants.

If you want to treat from home, you can try there:
1. Benadryl- give 1 mg per lb every 6-8 hours for the ocular discharge
2. Robitussin DM- give 1/4 teaspoon every 8-12 hours as needed for coughing.
