actually i have three labs they range in age from 7, 4,1 they eat pro pac dry food twice a day

And all of your dogs have this breath?

-
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
yes they take fish oil pill twice a day also

In general I would say that the most common causes for bad breath typically include:

- Dental disease which has led to bad breath

- Systemic disease such as kidney disease and build up of toxins

- Endocrine disease - such as diabetes which can also change the odor of the mouth.

In this case, if all three dogs have the same breath - it is either your nose :)

Or - something they are taking or eating - the fish oil pill? Their dog food.

Dental disease is also possible, but the other causes are less likely...

I hope this information helps!

should i stop the fish oil pill?
Expert:  CriticalCareVet replied 5 years ago.
I think that would be a reasonable start to see if we can eliminate this cause before changing all of their food choices!

should i be highly concerned about it or just live with stinky dog breath

If all 3 dogs have this - this may be your nose :) Just kidding - but if all 3 have this - not likely a concern - more likely the fish oil, food, or treats you are using.
