What dose can I give him?

I have an oral seringe that is labeled in ml. If you can let me know how much I should administer safely, I will gladly accept the answer.

Again, I do not recommend it, but if you intend to do it anyway I can give you a dose that should be safe.

For a 20# cocker spaniel, the starting dose should be about 136mg every 12 hours, which amounts to 2.8mL every 12 hours for the liquid version that you have.
