Vomiting and diarrhea are often the first symptoms of grape toxicity. They often develop within a few hours of ingestion. Additional symptoms include weakness, anorexia, lethargy, increased drinking, and abdominal pain. Acute renal failure can develop within 48 hours of ingestion. The dose for toxicity is about 1.1ounce per kilogram. Which in a 30 pound dog that is about 14 ounces (almost 1 pound of grapes), which is much more than 10 grapes.

If your dog is exhibiting any of the above signs have him checked by your veterinarian. But, according to my calculations, he is way below the toxic dose.

If you have additional questions I will be glad to answer them.
