Hi there -- Welcome to Just Answer
This treatment while not approved for use in dogs -- is not toxic or known to cause problems.
If this is just around the vaginal folds -- then a common way to treat is to clean well and dry well. Then apply clotrimazole or other yeast vaginal preparation. 2-3 times per day.
Usually this is triggered by moisture --- or allergic skin reaction.
Hope that helps -- Unfortunately, there is not published reports on the use of the AZO product in dogs to prove that it works. But it might.
Thank you! I bought both Azo and a yeast infection cream just in case.
