Hello there,

What does the dog weigh?

25 pounds

The drug is used in dogs. The maximum dose for a dog this size would be 11 mg. Overdose can cause severe hypotension and slow heart rate. I would induce vomiting with 1-2 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide every 5 minutes for 3 attempts to be safe. If the pill comes up you are in the clear. If the pill does not come up and the dog gets unstable he should be examined. There is nothing to give at home to counteract the effect of the drug.
