Optional Information: Type of Animal: border collie Gender: male Age: 3 Already Tried: I havent tried anything. He always does it sometimes leading to vomiting too.
Hi there. If this has been getting worse, there is a good chance that he may have a form of Laryngeal Paralysis. This occurs due to part of his larynx is not functioning and this sometimes allows water or food to go into the windpipe and this causes gagging and sometimes vomiting.Have your vet examine your dig, A surgical procedure will solve his problem. This site has more information.Click CLOSE WINDOWS to get into this site.http://www.petplace.com/dogs/laryngeal-paresis-and-paralysis/page1.aspxGood Luck!!
