I think your dog needs to be on an IV .She needs a lot of fluids in case she is Hemorrhagic gastroenteritis or pancreatitis. the treatment is IV fluids to raise her blood pressure, rehydrate her and get blood circulating. Where I can not examine your dog I can not see how bad she is. Your veterinarian's suggestion of putting her to sleep is pretty drastic and he must think she is really bad. If you want to give her a chance I would suggest a second opinion and or an emergency clinic to start the IV as soon as you can and do more diagnostics to get a definitive diagnosis. You could then put her to sleep if you had to from a position of knowledge..

Not if she vomits it up. It will help a little but won't do the job.
