how long does Urticaria last in dogs? how long does it take before symptoms go away
Optional Information: Type of Animal: dogGender: femailAge: 4months Already Tried: been to vets yesterday recieved steroid shot and antihystamines, had two doses today, had swelling of face last night, all that gone away but ears have swelling on now and body itching with hives which you can see little lumps, been around 30hours ago when first affected

Often - urticaria as part of an allergic reaction will last for 24-48 hours.
As long as the swelling has subsided - it looks like you are going int hte right direction.
I would continue Benadryl therapy at home for at least 48 hours and monitor for the swelling - but the urticaria should resolve in 24-48 hours as the reaction subsides!
