Parvo vaccines will come with an expiration date on them. They are supplied along with other viral vaccines collectively called a distemper vaccine. If they every reach room temperature for a long period of time, they may not be effective so they should be refrigerated until use. If this is an over the counter brand from tractor supply, I wouldn't trust it. We see many parvo positive dogs every year that were vaccinated with those vaccines. It's worth the 30-40 bucks to get a licensed product from a vet as opposed to risking parvo and spending 1000-1500 to treat it.

But as for how long it can stay refrigerated- as long as the expiration date on the bottle/ box they came in. It varies from brand to brand and lot to lot.

I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions.
