This drug has a high content of caffeine which is toxic to dogs. It is not an FDA approved drug so the actual ingredients and their percent content are not listed. It would be best to take your dog into the Veterinarian to make him vomit up the pill. If you cannot get to a veterinarian within the next 3 hours you may administer a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide to make him vomit at home. The risk involved in making him vomit is aspiration of vomit into the lungs or even aspirating some of the hydrogen peroxide. Sometimes dogs will not vomit on Hydrogen peroxide and will need other medications to induce vomiting. You can only get these medications from your veterinarian. It is best to have it done at your veterinarian.

Good luck. Please let me know if I may be of further help.
