Fecal color is usually either diet-related or can be from bacterial action on bile pigments (i.e., normal). Greenish color implies the food is moving rapidly through the digestive tract such that we can actually see the bile pigment in the stool (bile comes from the liver and has the digestive enzymes). Green color is often seen at the same time as diarrhea, which makes sense because things are moving faster through the digestive tract. In an animal with a normally formed stool, though, I don't know its significance, but wouldn't be too worried.
