MY DOG NEEDS SURGERY I CANT AFFORD WHAT THEY ARE ASKING WHICH IS 3,200 DOLLARS I CANT FIND NO ONE TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGMENT WITH ME MY DOG WAS HIT BY A CAR HIS PELVIC BONES IS BROKEN PLEASE HELP IM IN ATLANTA GEORGIA

I'm very sorry to hear about your dog. Have you tried calling one of the larger clinics in the area such as Georgia Veterinary Specialists? There are often funds set up that will help pay for things like that especially for dogs with a good prognosis following surgery. There are also other options such as Care Credit which allows you to pay on this monthly, you can see if you qualify by going to their website. You may also want to contact your dogs breed rescue group in your area, often times they are very generous and will help you afford the surgery your dog needs. I hope this helps!! Best of luck!
