I've replaced front disc brakes and new calipers and rear

Customer Question

I've replaced front disc brakes and new calipers and rear drum brakes and new brake cylinders . I've bleed the brakes 4 times now . Still have a very mushy pedal and brakes pull to the left when test driving .
JA: How many miles are on the car? Are these the orignial brakes?
Customer: this is on a 94 Dodge Ram 2500
JA: Are you fixing your Ram yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes I'm doing the repairs. I've replaced front disc brakes and new calipers, rear brakes and new brake cylinders . Bled the brakes 4 times. And still have mushy brakes and when test driving it pulls to the left. Can't get the brakes to pump up and stay hard.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Pass that along and see what suggestion

The first question I have for you is are the bleeder screws up top on the caliper or pointing down?

They are pointing up

Try a diagonal cross bleed starting with the right back, left front, right front and left rear.

Test drive it and let me know.

Thank you
