I have squeal coming from the front left hub when driving, stops when braking, sound maybe from the caliper not sure. The whistle is intermediate and speeds up with tire rotation. Louder when turning.

You need a brake job. What you're hearing is the squealers on the brake pads letting you know they need to be replaced.
