Customer Question

How do I put pressure on my rear wiper blade on a 2002 Dodge caravan
JA: Have you checked the fuses? Do you know if there is power to the wiper motor?
Customer: the answer is no to both. Suppose I need to take it in lol
JA: Are you fixing your Caravan yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I was going to try
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
