JA: Have you checked the engine's fuel supply? And the spark plugs -- are they all working?
Customer: Diesel, when ignition is bumped lift pump under truck pumps up and stops
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: 07 Dodge Ram 2500, 5.9 Cummins
JA: Are you fixing your Ram yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: disconnected both batteries for 20 minutes then reconnected. Antifreeze is low.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Before today when I would turn the key on nothing happens. then you hit it a couple times and it would crank and start. today it just cranks and no start
