JA: Have you checked all the fuses? Do you have a wiring diagram?
Customer: The truck is still at the Merc dealer.
JA: Are you fixing your Sprinter yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I had the truck towed to the dealer. They have had it for 4 weeks.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

They will need to replace the cluster and the wiring harness. They also need to test the complete electrical system to see what the actual cause was for this to happen.

Thanks, Ron
