Hello and welcome!

My name isCustomerand I can assist you with your question.

Expert:  Amedee replied 22 days ago.

You should be able to use the ignition key manually to unlock the doors annd then from there, pop the hood to gain access to the battery. Charge it or replace it as needed.

Customer: replied 22 days ago.
I forgot to mention I have a replacement door on the drivers side
Expert:  Amedee replied 22 days ago.

So does it have a lock cylinder that you can use to manually open the door with the key?

Customer: replied 22 days ago.
but it its not the original door so I can't manually unlock it. I have it programmed electronically but my battery is dead so I can't open it with the remote
Expert:  Amedee replied 22 days ago.

I see.

The new door should have come with a new key or the lock cylinder on that door should have been fited to your key. If not, this is a problem and I would bring it up to whomever installed the door.

How about the passenger side or the tailgate, is there a lock cylinder on either one where you can use the key manually?

Customer: replied 22 days ago.
There is no other lock cylinder that I could use the key on
Expert:  Amedee replied 22 days ago.

Ok,

May I get your VIN number.

I have another idea..

Expert:  Amedee replied 22 days ago.
