Dodge Repair Questions? Ask a Mechanic for Answers ASAP
Hello and welcome to just answer. Are you still getting the P0123 code or another code?
Ok, You may have an issue with the PCM (powertrain Control Module) on the right side of the fire wall, or a connector issue at the PCM. I have seen water get into the connector and cause that code to set. Another thing I have seen in the past is a voltage bleed over in the air bag clock spring under the steering wheel. The TPS and cruise control switches share a circuit inside of the PCM. To verify that, disconnect the connectors at the clock spring. If the code goes away, then replace the clock spring assembly.
I can send you the diagnostic procedure for that code if you wish.
Would you like the diagnostic procedure?
By the way, I think you opened up another (duplicate) question.
Hello? are you still there?
