Good morning and welcome to JustAnswer!!

My name is ***** ***** I have worked for a Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep dealership for 19 years and I will do my best to help.

So your saying the starter will not engage or is the starter working fine but the engine won't start? Can I get your VIN number?

Thanks for the VIN!!

Ok if the starter will not engage then we need to start at the starter relay.. I need for you to remove it and tell me if pins 30 and 86 have 12v and then when the key is in the start position see if pin 85 has a ground signal..

Keep me posted,

Brad

Ok great... How about pins 86 and 30? If its in park jump 30 to 87 and see if the starter will engage..
