You don't mention what kind of problem you're having but I'm assuming that the starter does not engage. There are several things that could prevent the starter from engaging and some testing will likely need to be done to determine the cause of the problem.

Is there any noise from the engine compartment when trying to crank the engine?
How did you determine the battery is good?
