Customer Question

My Cruise doesn't work. When I push the on off button I get no light. My truck is a 2001 dodge with a 5.9 auto. I have checked the brake switch and all the vacuum lines. Also my air bag light is on and my horn works. I took off the airbag but didn't find any wires loose or broken
JA: Is anything interfering with the seatbelt latch?
Customer: ko
JA: What is the model of your '01 Dodge?
Customer: It's a 4x4 off road sport
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. I checked the brake switch no problem there. I also took off the airbag and didn't find any loose or damaged wires
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I also checked the codes using the key switch method and it said done

Welcome, I'm Chris (aka Moose), my normal schedule online is around lunch and after dinner past midnight.

Is this a 1500-2500-3500 and 5.9 gas or diesel?
