I have a 99 ram 1500 with a 5.9. P1391 shows up after second start up. I have replaced both CMP and CKP sensors. Checked wiring for brake. What am I missing

Ok, I ask that because I have seen issues with after market ones. I have attached a diagnostic procedure for that code in the link below. Hopefully this will help. Substitute the DRB with your scan tool/lab scope.
