Customer: Yes, I have put new fuse in also.
JA: What is the make/model/year of your car?
Customer: 1997 Dodge ram 1500
JA: Are you fixing your Ram 1500 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No I have taken it in to mechanic several times and a couple different ones too. Safety issue when living in Minnesota

O.k.,the first step.Locate fuse 8 ( 20 amp ) in the fuse panel and see if one terminal that this fuse plugs into has battery voltage on it (at or near 12 volts DC).If it does let me know and we will continue from here.

Thanks Pete
