Customer: CAR HAS BEEN ALIGNMENT CALIPERS ARE NOT SEIZED NO PLAY IN SUSPENSION TIRES ROTATED LEFT TO RIGHT CAR HAS NEW UPPER CONTROL ARMS AND LOWER BALL JOINTS AND A NEW LEFT INNER AND OUTER TIE ROD THESE WERE NOT DONE TO FIX ALIGNMENT. VEHICLE TOWED IN WITH BUSTED BALL JOINTS

I value your input to my questions so I may help you better. when the alignment was checked or done how in depth was it checked because I have found out with experience that in some cases they didn't look far enough past just the basic angles to correct a problem. Do you have a print out of the alignment that was performed?
