Hello and welcome!

My name isCustomerand I can assist you with your question.

Expert:  Amedee replied 7 months ago.

Are you looking for possible causes or would you like me to walk you through this diagnoses?

Are you saying that the engine does start and run or not?

Are there any stored codes in the computer?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
the engine starts but will run awhile then it cuts off and no bus comes up
Expert:  Amedee replied 7 months ago.

So the crank sensor, cam sensor, alternator and PCM have all been replaced for this problem?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
just walk me though it
Expert:  Amedee replied 7 months ago.

Ok, sounds good. No problem.

Does the TPS have a 5 volt reference going to it when the engine stalls and it says "no bus"? (with the key on of course)

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
no codes

Does the TPS have a 5 volt reference going to it when the engine stalls and it says "no bus"?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
after it cuts off the volts are 15.9 . then I switch it off and back on it read 4.96 volts at the tps orange wire
Expert:  Amedee replied 7 months ago.

The voltage on the orange wire should never go to 15 volts. I would double check this.

Also, dont turn the key off and then back on. I want to get a good reading on this circuit when it happens.

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
its reading .01 when it cut off

its reading .01 when it cuts off

Ok, thank you for that information. You will need to then check all powers and grounds going into the PCM when this happens. Be sure to check this with the key in the ON position.

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
please give me the locations and pin numbers to check/thanks
Expert:  Amedee replied 7 months ago.

Check the powers and grounds at the Powertrain Control Module on pins 2 and 22 for the power, then pins 31 and 32 for ground on the C1 connector at the PCM.

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
my pcm has a b c d and there is no wire for pin 2 or 21 or 31
Expert:  Amedee replied 7 months ago.

May I have your VIN please?
